Welcome to Smartbig.store We are committed to delivering your orders in a safe, timely, and efficient manner across India. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Shipping Coverage

We proudly deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. If your location is not currently serviceable, our customer support team will inform you after you place your order.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful order placement.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days depending on your location.

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days.

Remote Areas: 5–10 business days.

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, logistical delays, or high order volumes.

4. Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499.

A nominal shipping fee of ₹49 will be applied to orders below ₹499.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking details. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your Smartbig.store account and visiting the My Orders section.

6. Delays and Non-Delivery

In case of any delivery delays or issues with non-delivery, please contact our customer support team at support@smartbig.in or call us at [+916033479617]. We will promptly address the issue.

7. Incorrect Address

Smartbig.store is not responsible for orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

8. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted national and regional courier services such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Ekart, and India Post to ensure timely delivery.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged package or your order is lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.

Refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
